For those of you who don’t know my husband, here is a prime example of the tremendous love he has for me.
I bought him a box of chocolates for Valentine’s Day, and he and I were sharing them tonight. I was looking at the “map” and trying to figure out which chocolate I wanted, so I said, “What should I eat? Vermont Nut Cream or Maple Nut Cream?” and without missing a beat, he said, “How ’bout some JAKE Nut Cream?”

We got our new phones yesterday. YAY! When I ordered them, I also bought some software which allows you to hook your phone up to the computer via USB and keep up with contacts and such. After I loaded it into my computer at work today, I realized just exactly how much cooler this software is. It has a media application in it, and you can make your own ringtones! So, this means that I *never* have to purchase a ringtone again! I can just take my favorite music and make my freakin’ own.
WOO HOO!!!!
I’m going to get my nails filled in this afternoon. They’re beginning to look a bit… umm… not good. 
Alright, y’all. Pictures from the big day are up now over at my Flickr site. I don’t know how long it will be before I have the video ready. I need time to figure out the software and how to convert it from DVD format to something for the computer/web. As soon as I do, it will be put up on YouTube, though.
Just a short note to say our wedding day was awesome (once I got past the bullshit worrying all morning long). We couldn’t have asked for a nicer ceremony for us. The day was beautiful, the company was wonderful, and the mead was delicious. Here’s hoping our ancestors accepted our offering and bless us throughout our marriage and lives.
Announcement! Jake and I got married on Saturday!! WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!! You know that whole happiest day and life thing? Yeah, that!

Jake and I will be getting new cell phones shortly - Bluetooth capable. I want to get a headset I can use, but most of those things won’t fit on my ear worth a shit because my ears are too small, I guess.

I have fingernails. Longish and quite pink fingernails. Yes, I’m sure you’re thinking, “Okay…. aaaaannnnd???” Well, I’ve never had even remotely long fingernails in my life. I’ve always kept them cut as short as possible because I play piano and guitar and my nails are ugly and they irritate me when they start to grow out. However, things will oft’ change, eh?
My Mom got me a gift certificate for Christmas because I’d been saying how I wanted to get a manicure and a pedicure (cause I’d never had either). I finally took the certificate in last week to get a manicure and ended up with a full set of acrylics. I’ve just about gotten used to them (save a few problems I still have, the worst of which… well… ’tis private, that), and Jake really likes them, so I decided to keep them for awhile.
But they’re pink…..

Strong clairvoyance. - Yes, unless I’m too close to someone. Then it’s hard to see. Not sure if you’d call me a true clairvoyant, but I’m pretty empathic. (Definition #2 of clairvoyance at dictionary.com states: “quick, intuitive knowledge of things and people; sagacity.” By that definition, yeah, I’m that.)
Understanding. - Yes, when necessary.
Sickness usually in the ear and neck. - Neck, YES. And shoulders.
Good Imagination. - Used to. Working on that again.
Good physical. - Hmmm. I suppose so, in general.
Weak breathing. - No, not at all.
Loves literature and the arts. - Yes
Loves traveling. - I haven’t traveled enough to say I “love” traveling.
Dislike being at home. - NOT true. Home is my favorite place.
Restless. - Yes
Not having many children. - True that. No more young’uns for me.

High spirited. - Sometimes
One our cats, Chili, is an orange tabby. Just a few minutes ago, Katie asks me, “Why is Chili orange?” (This, you understand, falls within the 4-year-olds-ask-the-strangest-questions-sometimes category.) To which I replied, “I don’t know. He was just made that way.” She snickers and says, “Chili was made out of oranges.”
*shakes head*
Okay, so after typing that blog entry, I went out to the living room to tell Jake I had just blogged about Sponge Bob Squrrr Pants. Katie is sitting in the recliner with him. I lean over, and he kisses me, and Katie says, “Why are y’all lickin’ each other??”
Priceless.
You know, it’s funny to hear kids sing exuberantly regardless. But when you hear a four year old singing to the top of her lungs
