I cannot stop yawning and have been fighting sneezing all morning.
Meh.

Man, am I out of shape BAD. But, I’m always amazed at how much better I feel after even the shortest and easiest session. Yay me.

Kinda neat. Lulu makes self-publishing pretty easy, but it was a bitch getting all the files just right and uploaded in the right order, etc.
Hopefully, the print version looks like it should.

Last night sucked. Not only did I not make it to bed until 1:00 a.m., but once planted there – guess what … I couldn’t go to sleep! That’s right. NO SLEEP FOR YOU! Even after taking two Tylenol P.M. which usually does more than the trick.
