1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Nookra Agency's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Nookra Agency's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Nookra Agency's website
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. Services
Nookra Agency provides digital agency services including web design, development, branding, and marketing. All services are subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements and project contracts.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur late fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables. Nookra Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. All preliminary designs, drafts, and unused concepts remain the property of Nookra Agency.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, assets, and approvals. Delays in client responses may affect project timelines and deadlines. Nookra Agency is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.
7. Revisions and Changes
The number of revisions included in each project will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
8. Confidentiality
Nookra Agency agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nookra Agency shall not be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or services provided.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Nookra Agency will provide all completed work and source files upon receipt of final payment.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
12. Changes to Terms
Nookra Agency reserves the right to revise these terms at any time without notice. By using this website and our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
